OUR SPECIAL DAY

Our wedding day was exactly what I pictured, and I didn't feel an ounce of stress...this could have been in part becuase I had two mothers, a "wedding planner" who wasn't affraid to speak her mind, sisters, and an amazing fiance, now husband, who stressed for me but I'm not sure. ;-) I have always been a procrastinator, and as anyone who has planned for a wedding knows, procrastination doesn't quite work for this type of event. Mom Abby and my new sisters all worked behind the scenes to reserve and detail plan, while my mom Gayla and Nannette came a week early to decorate and finish with all of the artistic touches. My only job was to show up at the wedding, try not to fall, and finally marry my sweetheart. While there were a few hang ups with burnt grass having to be spray painted green twice, water where the groomsmen were supposed to stand, bridesmaid rental car problems, and my one bridezilla moment where I made my bridesmaids cut the bottom of my dress moments before walking out because of a fall I had, our wedding day couldn't have been better. I have so much love and gratitude for everyone who pitched in with planning, picture taking, slideshow making, and simply being there for love and support. Thank you all!! On August 28, 2009, I officially became a Taylor. Although it has only been a month, and we are still in our honeymoon phase, I have never been so happy or felt so loved, and I know that this is just the beginning of a perfect life together. Mikey and I are truly best friends and feel so blessed to have found eachother. We look forward to making our love eternal as we can't picture life without one another.
